Being an Ithaca College student is both a privilege anda responsibility. It is the responsibility of all members of the Ithaca Collegecommunity to uphold the values of theinstitution. Students are expected to conduct themselves in amanner that supports and respects the rights of others. Accordingly,student behavior should be consistent with College'spolicy aswell as state and federal law at all times. Student behavior that is notconsistent with these standards may be addressed through the Codeof Student Conduct and the Residential Life Rules and Regulations in an effort to educate students, manage safetyand deter behavior that negatively impacts either the individual orthe community.
